At Sweet Virginia’s Beauty, our guests comfort and safety is our biggest priority. We want all of our guests to feel at ease and have the best experience possible. With that being said, wearing a mask during the service it is at the discretion of the guest. If you would like your service providers to wear a mask during your service, we kindly ask that you let us know beforehand so we can accommodate your needs. We ask that you please stay home if you are feeling ill.

At SVB, we want to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests. We always want to respect our guests time and we kindly ask that guests respect our time as well. We require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the first time we will give grace to your situation. The second time or more, we will require 50% payment of your scheduled service to be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
It is very important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. The 50% cancellation fee will then be applied to your account. If you are running late please call the salon and let us know.
All clients are required to put a card on file before booking an appointment at SVB. We will not charge the card unless you fail to give notice of your appointment cancellation. In the case that you cannot make your appointment, we require 48-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of the cost of service. Same day no show or cancellation will result in 100% charge to your card. If the card is DECLINED for any reason the appointment fee will be applied to your account and you will be required to pay the balance before your next appointment.
We do not offer any refunds for hair services. If you have concerns with your hair/service, please reach out within 7 days to discuss your needs moving forward.
For the safety of our salon staff and guests, we kindly ask that you DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. CHILDREN UNDER 10 are not allowed for the safety and sanitation processes. This is to ensure that are guests remain safe, happy and healthy!
When you arrive at SVB, please park in the parking lot located behind the salon. The entrance to the parking lot is located off to the left of the building.
